If
you select our promotional option, and we have your books stored
in our warehouse, all orders received by mail, as well as our TOLL-FREE
phone or fax will be processed by our Customer Service Department.
We will handle ordering, invoicing and shipping. All sales are carefully
recorded by our Accounting Department. You will receive a semiannual
statement of any sales activity that may have occurred, along with
a check for any payments derived from book sales.
Since
you the author paid for publication of your book, in return for
this fee, we edit, print, warehouse and help you market your book.
You will receive about 40% of the retail price of every book sold.
The average bookseller to whom we sell your books gets an average
of 40% of the retail price and we receive 20% for storing, distributing,
billing and collecting receipts applied to your book.
If
the demand for your book warrants subsequent printings, they are
issued entirely at our expense.
