Eleanor Strauss Rosenast
Eleanor Strauss Rosenast and Vita Mones are friends and colleagues. They taught elementary school. Eleanor trained students who were planning to be teachers at California Lutheran College and University of California Santa Cruz. Survival Skills for Substitutes and Do Something Different are two books for teachers Eleanor co-authored with Vita Mones. In addition, Eleanor wrote Do Right and Fear No One, a book for children about the Holocaust and a cookbook, Soup Alive. Eleanor and Vita are both retired.
